Welcome to Ladies and Links Golf League!
Ladies and Links was founded in 2022 by Tylene Henry, a lifelong Oakland County resident, who saw the need for a supportive and inclusive space for women interested in golf. Tylene, like many women, struggled to find other women to play with and often felt out of place at golf outings. Most of the women she encountered expressed a lack of confidence and believed they needed to be a pro to enjoy the game. Tylene just wanted to have fun and improve, so she decided to create a space where women could come together in a relaxed, non-competitive environment to learn, grow, and enjoy the game.
The league started as an 8-week program at Copper Creek Golf Course, aimed at easing newcomers into the sport without the pressure of a long-term commitment. Over time, the league expanded as more women joined, creating a thriving community. Now in its 4th year, Ladies and Links continues to provide a welcoming environment for women of all skill levels to enjoy golf, make new connections, and improve their game in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
Ladies and Links is about more than just golf—it's about building lasting friendships, encouraging personal growth, and enjoying the outdoors. Whether you’re looking to try golf for the first time or want to play more consistently, our leagues are designed to accommodate all skill levels. We offer two weekly leagues, light snacks, water, and opportunities for group lessons and driving range meetups to help you grow and have fun on the course.
